Winter dreams

We had a snow moon recently and it inspired a poem. Yeah…maybe I should just stick to novels. But I wanted to share it with you along with a photo I took this morning. We had a heavy frost. Too bad it wasn’t snow.

The old mountain pulls

a silvery shawl over

her moon-kissed shoulders.

The snow moon rises;

spilling molten platinum,

and the earth sleeps on.
